Ashleigh is simply brilliant. I called him for an emergency call-out to my place of work as a range of lights and plug points had all gone at once so an entire circuit was out. Meaning we would have had to cancel all evening bookings until fixed as the building simply would not have been safe in the dark. Not only did he kindly call me back from on holiday in America, but he offered me a video call to gauge the problem more effectively, AND posted my details into a WhatsApp group so that others could respond to the emergency in his absence.  Following this another company managed to source the parts and fix the issue, but I won't hesitate to call Ashleigh in the future. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful.
